This 12 week journey is truly transformational. Learn and apply a variety of techniques to help you tune into your own body and process stuck emotions, discover what holds you back in your relationship with food and body image, and begin to finally break free from diets once and for all. You will have time to be supported through the challenges of life and the ups and downs of trying something new. Define what freedom really means to you and invest in seeking it for yourself.
